The upcoming Bersih 5 rally is needed in light of concerns over the ongoing Election Commission's redelineation exercise, said PKR women's wing chief Zuraida Kamaruddin.
"The EC has proposed an additional 13 state seats in Sabah to bring the number of seats to 73.
With the additional seats, Zuraida further claimed that Barisan Nasional has indirectly "sold Malaysia" to foreigners and the people could not do anything until it was too late.
This is why Pakatan Whatevah with people like Zuraida are absolute rubbish.
The actual truth is this.
The Redelineation bill to increase seats overwhelmingly passed on 9 August 2016 with 55 out of 60 ADUNS voting in favour.
Out of 12 opposition ADUN in Sabah, 8 voted to support the seats increase including Sabah PKR Head Lajim Ukin, Sabah PKR Deputy Head Christina Liew and Sabah DAP whip Edwin Bosi.
PKR has three ADUNs, DAP four ADUNs, STAR one ADUNs while 4 are independents.
All-in-all, there are 12 non-BN ADUNs - 3 voted against while 8 voted to support the Redelineation while one DAP ADUN abstained.
Others from Pakatan and the opposition who voted for the redelineation bill included Bingkor assemblyperson Jeffrey Kitingan of the State Reform Party (Star), and independent assemblypersons Wilfred Bumburing (Tamparuli), Jelin Dasanap (Matuggong), Jeremmy Ukoh Malajad (Kandamaian) and Jaujan Sambakong (Sulabayan).
Own Sabah PKR heads and oppostion ADUNs all vote to support increase in head while PKR MP Zuraida says this is the same as selling Malaysia to foreigners.
How more stupid can Pakatan be?
